Your days will be filled with a variety of stimulating tasks. Proactive management of the existing client portfolio, including order tracking, negotiation of commercial terms, and problem resolution, will be at the core of your daily work. You will play a key role in developing commercial proposals and presenting them to prospects and clients. Competitive intelligence and market analysis will allow you to adapt our strategies. You will also ensure smooth communication with internal teams, particularly the technical and logistics departments, to guarantee the best order execution.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Training in the commercial field would be particularly appreciated, providing you with the fundamental knowledge to understand and meet our clients' expectations.
The company is looking for someone with professional experience of 1 to 3 years. This period will have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of sales cycles, customer relations, and sector specifics. Previous experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector, will be a major asset.
We are looking for a person with excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities to understand client needs. Persuasion and negotiation will be your best assets for closing successful deals. Rigorous organization and great autonomy will allow you to manage your portfolio effectively. Proficiency in IT tools, especially CRM software and the Office suite, is essential. Knowledge of the metal or steel sector would be a significant plus. You also possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
