The main activities of the position are:

- Participate in organizing customer prospecting actions inside and outside the agency,
- Conduct commercial actions with clients in their portfolio,
- Advise clients and offer them products and services that can meet their needs with a quality of service that meets the Bank's requirements,
- Ensure the correct processing of financing applications,
- Ensure the follow-up and proper handling of requests and complaints made by clients, while ensuring compliance with current standards, rules, and procedures,
- Take charge of the management and follow-up of bank cards and checkbooks.
 

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent, you have initial experience in sales, ideally in a banking or financial environment.
