Job :

  • The medical sales representative's mission is to provide medical information to ENT doctors and maintain a professional relationship with them to promote products and their proper use in compliance with ethics.

  • All activities and skills are implemented within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations and legal obligations, respecting the company's strategy.

  • Conducting information, promotion, and advisory meetings with healthcare professionals.

  • Answering their questions about one or more products and services (features, differential advantages).

  • Developing relationships with various healthcare professionals.

  • Managing visits within the framework of an action plan and teamwork.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and transmitting requests and information to the relevant departments (management, marketing, etc.).

  • Collecting and processing information on products, from documentation and training sessions, to prepare visits and communication actions.

  • Writing activity reports.

  • Competitive intelligence and reporting information to management.

  • Proposing and/or developing a sector-specific action plan based on national and regional objectives.

  • Analyzing results and implementing corrective and development actions.



Required profile :

  • Use scientific and medical knowledge to inform, promote, and answer questions from healthcare professionals and to assess their needs.

  • Explain the features and proper use of products based on the healthcare professional's needs and the competition.

  • Master communication techniques and tools.

  • Use and take into account the pharmaceutical and economic regulations related to the device and its evolution to inform and answer questions from healthcare professionals.

  • Analyze needs, practices, and interactions between different stakeholders to provide appropriate responses.

  • Organize activity and share relevant information to develop synergy within a team.

  • Analyze activity and define an action plan for a sector based on the company's strategy.

  • Define priorities and objectives for visits.
