We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Physiotherapy. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic accounts specializing in functional rehabilitation, with a strong involvement in public and private tenders.
This person will lead physiotherapy equipment projects from opportunity identification to market award, positioning LOCAMED as a reference technical and clinical partner.
 





1- Key Account Management and Development:




• Manage a portfolio of key accounts (public and private) in the field of physiotherapy.
• Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers: doctors, physiotherapists, facility managers, buyers, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities (new centers, equipment projects, expansions).







2- Business Development:




• Promote physiotherapy solutions and equipment distributed by LOCAMED (electrotherapy, functional rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, manual therapy, etc.).
• Develop commercial offers tailored to client needs (quotes, tenders, framework agreements).
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policy.







3- Project Monitoring and Internal Coordination:




• Ensure monitoring of equipment installation, delivery, and commissioning projects.
• Collaborate closely with technical, after-sales service, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of after-sales service.







4- Market Watch and Reporting:




• Monitor the physiotherapy market, competition, and technological developments.
• Analyze sales performance and produce regular reports (turnover, forecasts, action plans).
• Participate in defining the commercial strategy for the physiotherapy range.
• Participate in professional events to strengthen relationships and develop the network.
 




Required profile :

To succeed in these strategic and operational missions, the candidate must meet the following criteria:





Education:




• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, management, marketing, or a paramedical field with a strong commercial focus.





Experience:
• Confirmed experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in a similar role: Key Account Manager / Large Account Sales Manager in physiotherapy.
• Experience in the physiotherapy or rehabilitation sector is highly desirable.





Skills:
• Excellent negotiation and strategic account management skills.
• Good knowledge of physiotherapy products and practices.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex projects.
