Job :
Reporting to the Personnel Administration Department, your main responsibilities will be:
To carry out administrative tasks and follow up on the social and medical files of employees.
To follow up on recruitment and training files for employees.
To ensure the integration of new recruits.
To monitor and control employee attendance in the network.
To make necessary updates for employee payroll processing.
To follow up on occupational health management in accordance with current regulations and assist the occupational doctor.
To manage and follow up on mutual insurance files.
To manage and follow up on work accidents and ensure employee care in case of accidents.
To prepare letters of engagement, decisions, work and salary certificates, as well as cover letters addressed to various organizations.
To update and maintain personnel data in the information system: leave, address, bank details, spouse, children, attendance, work and salary certificates, disciplinary sanctions, training...
You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information acquired during your work and for professional secrecy.
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in Human Resources Management, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
You have a good presentation and master French both written and spoken.
You have perfect command of office software.
You are committed, organized, rigorous, and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
