Job :
As a Project Manager, your tasks will be:
Delivery Management:
- Build the application roadmap by planning and orchestrating releases, projects, application evolutions, and fixes.
- Evaluate and manage risks and dependencies, and implement associated action plans.
- Ensure deadlines, budget, and quality of deliverables are met.
- Guarantee the proper integration of work (testing, acceptance, documentation).
- Expected deliverables:
- Roadmap
- Estimation and costing file for Business Projects by Features
- Feature/User Story tracking table.
Coordination and Facilitation:
- Facilitate collaboration between all stakeholders: (Business units, Solution Managers, Product Owners, architects, development teams, QA, and RUN).
- Ensure clear and regular communication on progress, difficulties, and action plans, notably through:
- Participation in the project steering committee (COPROJ) for business projects
- Setting up and participating in synchronization meetings with various partners (especially Hanabi and Lugano applications)
- Participation in bilateral meetings with the Pole Manager
- Manage dependencies between teams and projects.
- Deliverables:
- Weekly Reporting
- Ad-hoc Meeting Minutes
Team Management:
- Allocate resources based on capacity and priorities.
- Participate in planning and workload review (CAPEX, OPEX, etc.) with the Pole Manager and the department's PMO.
- Monitor performance and contribute to the skill development of internal and external teams.
- Deliverables:
- Overall iteration productivity tracking table
- Production Plan by projects and resources
- Contribution to writing team Objectives and Performance Reviews
Interaction with Operations / RUN:
- Monitor Level 3 Oceane tickets and field feedback.
- Contribute to major incident management, impact analysis, and communication.
- Verify that production deployments are secure, documented, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Participation in the weekly coordination meeting with operators.
- Participation in production deployments.
- Contribute to the organization and processes of the Level 3 support chain.
Required profile :
Technical Skills:
- Project management (Agile, Scrum methods).
- Management tools (Jira, Excel, Confluence, etc.).
