Job :
Ensure the collection of information required to calculate performance indicators from various stakeholders;
Develop forecasts in collaboration with operational staff and relevant departments
Develop budgets in collaboration with operational staff and relevant departments
Identify significant discrepancies between achievements and forecasts, ensure their analysis, and define corrective actions in agreement with management.
Automate recurring analyses
Manage and supervise the carrying out of stock inventories
Measure and monitor the performance indicators of activities
Finalize daily and monthly activity reports for the company
Optimize costs and contribute to the improvement of internal processes
Collaborate with operational staff to optimize project profitability
Carry out regular checks of accounting, financial, and logistical operations, and any information required in the monthly reporting process.
Perform ad hoc analyses requested by management
Participate in the implementation and improvement of management procedures and the optimization of information flows
Be proactive in recommending improvements to information processing methods.
Required profile :
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control / Business School
+ Experience: 5 years minimum in a similar position,
+ Areas of activity: Industry, ideally in agri-food.
Hard Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting and finance
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Navision)
Knowledge of Power BI would be an asset
Strong aptitude for analyzing figures to concisely identify key trends
