Contribute to the excellence of our establishment by overseeing all culinary operations, from menu design to team management, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

As the Head Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and updating menus considering the specific needs of our patients, the seasons, products, and culinary trends.


• Managing supplies, controlling inventory, and optimizing costs.


• Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure perfect dish execution.


• Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.


• Coordinating kitchen work to ensure smooth and high-quality service.

You will play a key role in our patients' satisfaction through the quality and originality of your preparations.

A Master's degree (Bac +4) is required. A specialization in a field such as medical / paramedical could be an appreciated asset, demonstrating an understanding of specific needs.

Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles is essential. This period should have allowed you to master advanced culinary techniques and brigade management.
