As part of the Group's development, we are recruiting self-service managers.

Reporting to the department manager, your role is to manage your section in the Market, ensuring that your sales and profitability reach the established objectives.

To do this, your areas of responsibility are:

• Ensure the 4Ps at the Section level (Place. Price. Fullness. Cleanliness)


• Animate and develop your section based on set objectives (Sales. margin. stock..).


• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.


• Comply with the brand's commercial policy.


• Build a good image for the fresh produce department and build customer loyalty.


• Organize your team's work and ensure close management.

With a BAC+2 education, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in large retail, during which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to define margin and selling prices.


• Ability to define assortments and product placement.


• Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.


• Ability to make proposals to improve results.


• Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.


• Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the assets and key success factors for this position.
