Job :

The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring sales actions to achieve new vehicle sales targets.




To this end, they will be in charge of:





  • Participating in the development of the sales strategy and commercial action plan and ensuring its implementation.

  • Training, organizing, assisting, and motivating the team of Sales Advisors and implementing the necessary actions to achieve sales objectives.

  • Developing, animating, and managing Showroom sales.

  • Monitoring and consolidating the prospecting actions of the Sales Advisors.

  • Ensuring the constant improvement of sales methods and sales pitches, and carrying out commercial competitive intelligence.

  • Achieving market share and/or sales volume objectives.

  • Monitoring the sales administration for vehicles.

  • Monitoring vehicle registration.

  • Supervising the collection of receivables related to new vehicle financing files.
     



Required profile :

With a higher education degree (Bac+4) in commerce or management, you have at least 3 years of experience in a commercial management role in the automotive sector.





Behavioral skills and know-how:





  • Team management.

  • Communication techniques and language proficiency.

  • Ability to design a sales pitch.

  • Sales techniques and commercial argumentation.

  • Ability to set objectives and develop a commercial action plan.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and dashboards.

  • Comfort with IT tools and ability to work on an ERP system.
