Job :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring sales actions to achieve new vehicle sales targets.
To this end, they will be in charge of:
- Participating in the development of the sales strategy and commercial action plan and ensuring its implementation.
- Training, organizing, assisting, and motivating the team of Sales Advisors and implementing the necessary actions to achieve sales objectives.
- Developing, animating, and managing Showroom sales.
- Monitoring and consolidating the prospecting actions of the Sales Advisors.
- Ensuring the constant improvement of sales methods and sales pitches, and carrying out commercial competitive intelligence.
- Achieving market share and/or sales volume objectives.
- Monitoring the sales administration for vehicles.
- Monitoring vehicle registration.
- Supervising the collection of receivables related to new vehicle financing files.
Required profile :
With a higher education degree (Bac+4) in commerce or management, you have at least 3 years of experience in a commercial management role in the automotive sector.
