Join a recognized company in the Health sector as a Butler / Restaurant Supervisor M/F in one of our facilities in Morocco. This position is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in an environment focused on well-being and high-quality service, where your role will be central to optimizing the experience of residents and staff.
The main goal of this position is to ensure impeccable management of restaurant and reception services, guaranteeing a well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all occupants of the facility. You will ensure the highest standards of satisfaction are met while supervising a dedicated team.
Your responsibilities will include the daily supervision of restaurant operations, including team management, service organization, and quality control. You will also be in charge of welcoming residents and visitors, ensuring personalized and courteous care. Stock management, menu planning in collaboration with the kitchen teams, and maintaining a high standard for common areas will be an integral part of your duties. You will also be involved in resolving operational issues and continuously improving the services offered.
Required profile :
