Job :
The group branch manager supports the implementation and development of the organization's activity within the scope of their agency group. They work under the responsibility of the Regional Director.
To this end, they perform the following missions:
1. Participate in strategy development and its translation into action plans, and ensure their implementation.
2. Ensure the development of Financial Activities, according to the set objectives.
3. Ensure the preservation and development of the organization's assets.
4. Develop and preserve the Brand within their scope.
5. Ensure optimal and sustainable management of the resources of their agency group.
6. Ensure compliance with current procedures and processes.
7. Act as a link between their agency group and the regional management.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac + 4) in Financial Management, Economics, or Business;
- 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, including 2 years of successful experience in branch management;
- You have strong skills in team management and leadership;
- You are dynamic and detail-oriented;
- You have good interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
