Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will be:

Complete management of general accounting and participation in financial steering

Supplier management (raw materials, drinks, operating expenses)

Margin control and cost monitoring (food cost & beverage cost)

Cash collection management and bank reconciliations

Tax and social declarations (VAT, social contributions, etc.)

Preparation of balance sheets in coordination with the chartered accountant

Treasury monitoring and dashboards

Implementation of management tools and cost optimization

Implementation and monitoring of accounting procedures.

Development of dashboards and reporting for management.

The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant capable of managing their files from A to Z, with autonomy and rigor. They must be able to:

Ensure complete accounting management, from data entry to closing.

Perform in-depth analysis of accounts and identify discrepancies or anomalies.

Prepare reliable financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, dashboards).

Monitor tax and social obligations accurately and on time.

Implement internal control procedures and optimize costs.

Work in an organized, autonomous, and rigorous manner, while also being proactive with management.

Advantages:

Proven experience in the hotel/restaurant sector would be a plus.

Experience as a management controller would be highly appreciated.

Profile sought

Accounting degree (BTS CG, DCG or equivalent)

Proven experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in restaurants or hotels

Good command of accounting software and office tools

Knowledge of the specificities of the hotel/restaurant sector (CHR)

Rigor, discretion, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently
