Job :
Reporting to the general management, your missions will be:
- Commercial development (territorial and client portfolio)
- Recruitment, management and development of a sales team
- Implementation and application of work procedures
- Definition of commercial objectives (definition, means, action plan...)
- Be attentive to market changes and competitor offers
Required profile :
Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in sales
From the agri-food, fast-moving consumer goods, or distribution sector
Mastery of wholesale, retail, and HORECA distribution channels
Strong leadership spirit, organized, dynamic, autonomous with good communication skills
