Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of senior engineers advancing Oracle APEX, including AI-powered application generation and cloud native platform capabilities
• Partner with Product, Database, OCI, and GenAI teams to define technical strategy and execute on the APEX roadmap
• Drive secure, scalable, and high-performance architecture, ensuring strong engineering standards and modern CI and CD practices
• Ensure enterprise-grade quality through operational excellence, automation, and proactive incident management
• Mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years leading high performing engineering teams
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade production systems, ideally in cloud native or database-driven environments
• Experience with OCI or other major cloud platforms, with strong knowledge of distributed systems and modern architecture patterns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and engage effectively with enterprise customers
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
