Required profile :
Job Description Handle incoming calls from customers wishing to open a new Mobility account.
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable mobility offers and services.
Present products clearly and professionally to convert requests into new activations.
Guide customers throughout the subscription process (eligibility, offer selection, account creation, and document collection).
Ensure a high-quality customer experience while achieving commercial and quality objectives.
Accurately record customer interactions and information in internal systems.
Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills in French and very good active listening skills.
Strong sales drive with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Comfortable with computer tools and following procedures.
Previous experience in a call center sales role or in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
