Job :

Reporting to the Legal Department / Legal & Labor Relations, the Senior Legal Counsel in Social Law will have the following main responsibilities:





  • Provide legal advice in Moroccan labor law to HR and operational teams

  • Manage disciplinary cases, dismissals, social litigation, and individual labor relations

  • Legally secure HR practices and ensure compliance with current social legislation

  • Draft, analyze, and validate employment contracts, amendments, internal procedures, and legal documents

  • Monitor and manage litigation in coordination with external lawyers and firms

  • Represent the company before competent administrations and courts if necessary

  • Support strategic projects with social impact (reorganizations, organizational changes, etc.)

  • Identify and anticipate legal risks related to social relations and propose mitigation plans

  • Participate in internal audits and social compliance checks

  • Ensure regular legal monitoring in Moroccan social law

  • Interact with local and international stakeholders, particularly in English, in a global corporate context




Required profile :

The ideal candidate is a lawyer registered with the Bar in Morocco, with solid experience in social law and the ability to work in a demanding international environment.





Required skills and qualifications:





  • Lawyer registered with the Bar in Morocco (mandatory)

  • Minimum of 9 to 10 years of experience in social law / labor law

  • Excellent command of Moroccan labor law and litigation procedures

  • Significant experience in a recognized law firm and/or structured company (multinational highly appreciated)

  • Fluent English (C1 level desired) with the ability to interact with international stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical, legal writing, and synthesis skills

Experience in a multinational environment, BPO, or in managing high-volume social issues is a major asset.
