Job :

Complete management of the payroll process (collection, control, and entry of variable elements).




Preparation and verification of payslips in compliance with social legislation.




Processing of social declarations (DSN, social contributions, organizations).




Administrative management of staff: arrivals/departures, contracts, final settlement.




Legal watch and support for employees on payroll-related issues.




Required profile :

Education from Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management
Mandatory experience within a recruitment agency or a firm specializing in HR management
Previous experience in a large group / recognized large organization
Complete mastery of the payroll process (collection, control, processing, social declarations)
Good knowledge of social legislation and labor law
Rigor, autonomy, and a high sense of confidentiality
