Job :
You will be responsible for the complete management of the group's Human Resources function, with a strong focus on payroll management and personnel administration, as well as compliance with social regulations.
Your main tasks will be :
• Ensure complete payroll management on SAGE Paie ;
• Manage social and tax declarations related to salaries
• Manage personnel administration:
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan social legislation and Labor Code ;
• Manage recruitment
• Implement and monitor HR dashboards
• Oversee relations with social and administrative bodies ;
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of the group's HR procedures and policies ;
• Support management in managing social and disciplinary relations ;
• Guarantee the confidentiality of social and salary data.
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree +4 / Master's degree +5 in Human Resources, Management, Labor Law, or equivalent ;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with strong experience in payroll management ;
• Imperative mastery of SAGE Paie software ;
• Good knowledge of Moroccan social legislation ;
• Very good command of computer tools ;
• Excellent rigor, organization, and attention to detail
