  • Budget preparation and monitoring: Actively participate in the annual budget construction, performance monitoring, and variance analysis. 

  • Operational management control: Analyze business results, identify areas for improvement, and propose action plans.

  • Reporting and financial analysis: Prepare regular, clear, and concise reports, presenting relevant analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Participation in strategic projects: Contribute to the financial analysis of projects and bring your expertise to decision-making.

  • Process improvement: Contribute to optimizing management control processes.

  • Participate in the formalization of internal procedures and ensure their proper application by operational teams.

  • Monitor compliance with internal rules and processes with a view to continuous improvement.
     




Required profile :

Skills required for the position:





  • Basic training: Bachelor's degree + 4 years (Bac+4).

  • Specific training: Specialization in audit/consulting, management/accounting, or finance.

  • Professional experience in a similar role: 3 years or more.

  • Other experience: Management & leadership

  • Individual abilities: Professionalism (Diligence, punctuality, rigor, and perseverance).

  • Intellectual aspects: Ability to synthesize, logic, and reasoning skills.

  • Relational aspects: Strong interpersonal skills, attentiveness, listening, communication, availability, teamwork, and leadership skills, ability to lead meetings, persuasive, analytical skills.

  • Methodical aspects: Be methodical, have initiative, and organizational skills.

  • Particular conditions: Initiative and proactivity.
