Job :
As a General Services Officer, your tasks include:
- Proposing and getting approval from the General Management for the directions in terms of general services management.
- Applying and ensuring compliance with current rules and procedures.
- Participating in the installation, fitting out, and maintenance of the premises.
- Implementing control measures to ensure the safety of people and the security of property.
- Optimizing the management and use of spaces, movements, and resources.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and managing service providers.
- Reporting on your activity.
- Conducting industry watch.
Required profile :
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) with at least 2 years of experience.
