Job :

You are an Event Project Manager, passionate about creating and executing high-value projects. You enjoy managing events from start to finish, handling complexity, coordinating teams, and turning ideas into successful experiences.




Your key skills:




Complete management of event projects (client brief, design, production, execution, and closing)




Rigorously managing schedules, budgets, and resources




Coordinating internal teams and external service providers




Operational field monitoring before, during, and after the event




Ability to anticipate, manage unforeseen issues, and propose quick solutions




Your profile:




Education in communication, event management, marketing, or project management




Proven experience in an event or communication agency




Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline adherence




Very good interpersonal skills and a developed client-focused approach




Proficiency in French is essential, English is a plus




Availability and mobility according to project requirements (Morocco & international)

With excellent interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate is comfortable with client relations, understands strategic issues, and knows how to represent the agency professionally.




Autonomous and proactive, they anticipate unforeseen issues, propose concrete solutions, and respect deadlines and budgets. They appreciate teamwork, the pressure of deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.




Experience in an event or communication agency is highly valued, as is exposure to corporate, institutional, or international projects. Proficiency in French is essential, and English is a plus.




The ideal candidate wishes to invest long-term, grow with the agency, and actively contribute to its development and success.
