DHL Global Forwarding – We have an opening for a Commercial Manager MEA where you will execute plans and transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolios, provide input to portfolio planning, take responsibility for a sub‑portfolio, and manage simple acquisitions and development projects.

In this Commercial Manager MEA position

• You will execute plans and transactions to maximize the value of the CRE portfolio.
• You will provide input towards portfolio planning to ensure the best mix of properties in line with business strategy and objectives, as well as corporate guidelines and policies.
• You will be responsible for a sub‑
• You will manage simple acquisitions and development projects.
• You will liaise with business colleagues—including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance—to ensure each solution aligns with business requirements.
• You will assess real estate options and their viability to identify commercial opportunities.
• You will provide thorough market information to support real estate option evaluations.
• You will negotiate the best outcome for each transaction and present opportunities to business colleagues in a standardized format for easy comparison.
• You will manage projects from sourcing to handover, working with teams from Construction and Facilities Management as required.
• You will work with stakeholders such as Legal, Risk, and Procurement to finalize transactions.
