Job :
- Provide support to management during the framing and design of a project.
- Manage the bank's various projects (process redesign, new product implementation, new regulation implementation, entity organization, new tool/system implementation...).
- Provide functional support to the bank's entities for writing expressions of need, specifications, and during acceptance/testing before deployment.
- Manage the change process for the various projects.
- Write circulars, procedures, tool sheets, FAQs, user guides, and training materials.
Required profile :
- A Master's degree (Bac +5), engineering degree, or business school degree,
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in organization and management support within the banking sector.
