On behalf of Teamwork Consulting, a consulting firm in HR management and organization, we are recruiting a Community Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and implement the social media strategy in line with the overall marketing strategy
- Manage and engage social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and publish attractive content (posts, visuals, videos, stories...)
- Moderate communities and respond to interactions (messages, comments)
- Monitor performance (KPIs) and produce regular reports
- Optimize referencing (SEO/SEA) and digital traffic
- Participate in website management (content updates, UX)
- Implement sponsored campaigns (Social Ads, Google Ads)
- Conduct competitive and digital monitoring
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree +3 / Master's degree in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Good writing skills (French / Arabic, English is a plus)
- Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics...)
