Join a pioneering company in the Aerospace sector and take part in the adventure of innovation! We are looking for a passionate Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team in Nouaceur. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to large-scale projects in a stimulating environment.
Your role will be essential in optimizing our supply chain. You will actively contribute to ensuring the availability of the components needed for our operations, while controlling costs and deadlines. The objective is to ensure impeccable logistical performance to support our growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers, in liaison with purchasing and AQF, to ensure controlled delivery performance without disrupting supply chains and while meeting cost objectives
- Ensure that the supplier meets the requested deadlines (orders / and/or validated acknowledgments of receipt)
- Negotiate delivery dates with the GPs (production planners);
- Manage performance indicators
- Ensure the implementation of the right indicators and management tools at the supplier
- Ensure that the supplier masters its load/capacity adequacy level
- Anticipate changes and monitor action plans related to risk management.
- Supervise the progress of manufacturing at the external supplier's site, manage delivery delays, track the flow through to the receipt of items, manage administrative disputes and organize supplier returns.
Required profile :
You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 level), ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
An initial professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role has allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of the challenges of procurement.
