Job :
The main activities of the position are:
- Participate in organizing customer prospecting actions inside and outside the agency,
- Carry out commercial actions with clients in their portfolio,
- Advise clients and offer them products and services that meet their needs with a quality of service that meets the Bank's requirements,
- Ensure the correct setup of financing files,
- Ensure the follow-up and proper handling of requests and complaints made by clients, while ensuring compliance with current standards, rules, and procedures,
- Take charge of the management and follow-up of bank cards and checkbooks.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+5 degree from a Business School or equivalent, you have initial experience in sales, ideally in the banking or financial sector.
- You have a commercial profile and are looking for a professional challenge.
