Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Ensure customer follow-up and loyalty

Handle complaints professionally

Good communication skills, both oral and written
Service-oriented and good customer relations skills
Team spirit and dynamism
Previous experience in customer relations is a plus
Remuneration:
Fixed salary of 3000 DH + attractive bonuses
