Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Textile sector in Tangier as a Textile Production Technician RFID. Your role will be crucial in optimizing and monitoring production processes, integrating innovative RFID solutions for increased efficiency.

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production performance through rigorous operational management and the implementation of RFID technologies. Ensure product quality and conformity while maintaining process safety and equipment maintenance.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervise and coordinate the various stages of textile production, with a focus on integrating and using RFID systems.
• Ensure the quality of finished products by applying established standards and procedures.
• Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules in the workplace.
• Train and support operational teams on new technologies and working methods.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a textile or garment factory.
• Comfortable on the ground, in the workshop, in direct contact with operators.
• Good practical mastery of industrial sewing machines, especially overlock machines.
• Ability to support and train factory teams on inserting an RFID tag during production.
• Availability to travel between several factories and work in a production environment.
• Practical sense, autonomy, and understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
• English and Spanish mandatory
