In the heart of Casablanca's industrial hub, a major player in the metallurgy/steel industry is opening a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM).   • To lead and optimize the entire Human Resources function, in perfect alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • To develop and implement innovative HR policies aimed at attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talent, while ensuring a serene, high-performing work environment that complies with current regulations.
  • Manpower and skills forecasting, compensation policy, social relations, health and safety at work, as well as internal communication. Your actions will largely determine the quality of the company's human capital and its ability to meet future challenges.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various strategic and operational tasks. This includes overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to managing departures. You will be a key player in defining and implementing skills development strategies, identifying training needs, and designing suitable programs. Rigorous management of payroll, benefits, and legal compliance will also be under your responsibility. You will play a central role in fostering social dialogue, maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, and ensuring the proper application of collective agreements. Developing and monitoring HR indicators, as well as leading cross-functional projects such as the digitalization of HR processes, will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Finally, your leadership will be essential to support teams and promote a strong and positive company culture.


Required profile :

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is required. You are expected to hold a degree of Bac +5 level or higher, from a recognized higher education institution. Ideally, your specialization will be in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training. This theoretical foundation will have provided you with the necessary fundamentals to grasp the complexities of the field and develop a relevant strategic vision.



The scope of the position requires significant and proven experience in Human Resources. We are looking for a professional with 10 to 20 years of experience in managing HR functions, ideally gained within industrial companies or in the metallurgy/steel sector. This extensive background will have enabled you to master all HR levers, develop a global and strategic vision, and have already held managerial positions. Your career path should demonstrate a proven ability to successfully complete large-scale HR projects and manage complex situations.



Beyond technical skills, certain personal qualities are essential for success in this role. You must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, well-developed listening abilities, and unwavering diplomacy to navigate social relations. Your organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity will be major assets for effectively managing your tasks. A strategic vision combined with a strong results-orientation is also essential. Proficiency in IT tools, especially HRIS, is indispensable. Finally, leadership and change management skills will enable you to support the company through its evolutions.
