Position:Inside Sales Associate

What you will be doing at ARROW:

  • Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities following the 120-day renewal cadence.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure they have full visibility of renewal timelines and requirements.
  • Identify risks early (churn signals, budget issues, dissatisfaction) and escalate appropriately.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing timely, accurate, and professional communication to end users.
  • Assist partners with quotes, pricing details, product clarification, and renewal documentation.
  • Support partners in presenting the renewal value and overcoming objections.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual renewal rate targets.
  • Proactively drive conversations around upsells, multi-year deals, or product expansion when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) daily to reflect opportunity status, interactions, risks, and next steps.
  • Resolve issues related to pricing, product clarification, SLA concerns, or billing questions.
  • Execute renewal, win-back, and retention campaigns as instructed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service in the tech/SaaS/IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly to both partners and end users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, partner-led sales environment.
  • Very good English language
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage a large renewal pipeline.
