Job :
- Ensure the monitoring and control of partner billing;
- Manage debt collection and follow-up;
- Monitor payments and follow up with partners;
- Control payroll elements and monitor variables;
- Verify the consistency of payroll data and management reports;
- Participate in the development of financial reports and dashboards;
- Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions;
- Collaborate with accounting, HR, and operational teams to optimize management processes;
- Communicate with French-speaking and English-speaking partners.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent;
- First experience in management control, payroll, billing, or debt collection;
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken;
- Good command of Excel and reporting tools;
- Analytical skills, rigor, and confidentiality;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
