Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep high Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) on assigned equipment and for the preventive maintenance (PM) and upkeep of equipment and maintenance areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing major technical interventions, including Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Performing Detectability Robustness Self-Prevention (DRS) checks.
• Making interventions in the shortest time possible.
• Guiding Junior Technicians and Operators, as required.
• Completing the necessary documentation.
• Entering data in IT system.
• Maintaining an ordered and clean toolbox and workshop.
• Working in a safe manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma: DUT / BTS / Licence or similar: Electronic, mechanic, electro-mechanic, mecatronique
• Have a good understanding of Safe Working and 5S Practices.
• Be able to use Mobile devices for work related tasks (Intervention documentation, RTP).
• Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be responsible and mature.
• Be smart and goal oriented.
• Be flexible, adaptable to needs and be able to take decisions following continuous inputs.
• Be computer literate.
• Be disciplined, motivated and willing to work in a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate shall:
