The Foundever Group is recruiting Messaging Processing Customer Advisors for its Casanearshore site. Their responsibilities will include:
Receiving customer requests;
analyzing and diagnosing their needs to provide appropriate solutions; applying defined processes and mastering the use of tools; reporting any information that could identify a malfunction or improve a procedure; contributing to the smooth running of the service; and ensuring that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must have a high school diploma or higher and
prior experience in customer service.
A good level of French (both spoken and written) is required, along with
strong listening and customer service skills,
good computer skills,
and be diligent, committed, and punctual.
