MISSION:
Ensure the technical qualification of customer needs within the scope of the position and structure suitable ICT solutions, ensuring their technical consistency, operational feasibility, and alignment with the architecture standards defined by the ICT Directorate's Solution Architects and Solution Product Managers.
Translate customer requirements into structured technical proposals and actively contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, securing technical assumptions and implementation scenarios in the pre-sales phase.Contribute to the development of solution costing in coordination with the Solution Architects teams and provide technical support to clients within the framework of bid processes.
SCOPE:
The position covers all Public Cloud offers, including:
Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, etc.) across all IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers
Enterprise SaaS Solutions from hyperscalers (M365, Google Workspace, and associated collaborative solutions)
Advanced SaaS and PaaS solutions from hyperscalers, including generative AI services, intelligent assistants, Data & Analytics platforms (Data Lake, Data Warehouse), and managed ML services
Associated cross-functional cloud services (DNS, domain names, SSL certificates, etc.)
Regulatory, security, and sovereignty requirements applicable to Public Cloud environments
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technically qualify customer needs in the pre-sales phase and analyze functional, technical, and regulatory requirements
Translate functional and technical needs into structured ICT solutions, consistent with the catalog and adapted to the client's operational context
Contribute to the construction of solution architectures in collaboration with Solution Architects
Evaluate the technical and operational feasibility of proposals, identifying dependencies, prerequisites, and integration constraints
Identify technical risks and propose appropriate mitigation scenarios
Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses and associated technical documentation, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables
Build and consolidate final technical proposals within the framework of bid processes, ensuring the soundness of the assumptions made
Contribute to the development of solution costing in coordination with the Solution Architects teams
Support Sales teams in complex sales cycles, particularly on strategic or multi-technology opportunities
Participate in technical presentations, workshops, and client scoping sessions
Support the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoC) and contribute to the technical validation of proposed scenarios
Challenge technical assumptions and ensure the overall consistency of proposed solutions
Contribute to the capitalization of feedback and the updating of internal repositories
Ensure the alignment of proposals with architecture standards and product orientations defined by the Solution & Product Engineering Department
Required profile :
- Education:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, or Information Systems.
- Engineering degree or specialized Master's in Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, or Information Technology.
- Experience:
- Experience in Cloud consulting, Cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales.
- Proficiency in Public Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers.
- Experience in designing and sizing Cloud solutions for B2B clients.
