Job Description:
The Approval and Certification Coordinator contributes to the monitoring and maintenance of SAESC's approvals and certifications, supporting the Approval and Certification Lead.
They participate in the implementation and monitoring of applicable regulatory and normative requirements, in collaboration with the various departments of the company. They also contribute to audit preparation and the follow-up of associated actions.
This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in Quality, Compliance, and Regulations within a demanding aeronautical environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in monitoring the company's approvals and certifications (Part-145, FAA Repair Station, EN9110, etc.).
- Assist the Approval and Certification Lead in preparing for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Contribute to monitoring deviations, action plans, and corrective actions associated with audits.
- Participate in updating and monitoring documents related to approvals and certifications.
- Contribute to monitoring applicable regulatory and normative developments.
- Participate in coordinating with different departments for the deployment of applicable requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to approvals and certifications.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree (Bac+5) / Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
Initial experience or significant internship in the field of Quality, Compliance, or Management Systems.
Experience between 0 and 1 year.
Skills and Qualities:
Good analytical, monitoring, and organizational skills.
Rigor and attention to detail.
Ability to understand and apply the requirements of a management system.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Interest in quality standards and aeronautical regulations.
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, EN) appreciated.
Good command of French and professional English.
