Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will be: - Joining the Infrastructure & DevSecOps team and providing Level 3 RunOps support on GCP Cloud environments. - Handling incidents, requests, and deployments via JIRA and Service Anywhere, in collaboration with the Level 1/Level 2 and Build teams. - Monitoring platforms (Kubernetes, GCP), managing alerts, diagnosing incidents, and remediating technical debt. - Contributing to infrastructure optimization, performance improvements, and technical documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Required skills GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes) DevSecOps / CI-CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) Infrastructure as Code Linux administration Monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Cloud Monitoring) JIRA / Service Anywhere Scripting: Bash, Python, Ansible Agile methods (Scrum)
