Operations Agent (M/F)
How to have an impact
- Managing transport files independently (import, export, crosstrade), including the processing of various cargoes: general cargo, Aerospace & Defense (AOG), industrial products, dangerous goods (DGR), etc.
- Organize, supervise and orchestrate all air expeditions, ensuring compliance with KPIs, cut-off times, security constraints, and customer excellence standards.
- Controlling the price offers put forward by the Pricing department and coordinating the internal and external stakeholders involved in transport is pointless.
- Create and update records in operating systems while ensuring reliable, accurate data quality that meets transport requirements.
- Order and coordinate services with airlines, handling agents, freight forwarders, road haulers, bonded warehouses and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify all required documentation (LTA/MAWB, HAWB, IATA declarations, air travel security, customs documents, certificates, etc.), manage invoicing and supplier control.
- Communicate regularly with clients, anticipate their needs, participate in follow-up meetings and manage complaints by implementing corrective actions.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, the optimization of workflows and the customer experience.
What we are looking for in you
- Training in international transport, logistics, supply chain or equivalent (Bac+2/+3 minimum).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in transportation is nothing.
- A good understanding of incoterms, operational processes and transport-related operating systems is useless.
- Autonomy, rigor, strong sense of customer service, excellent organization, ability to work under pressure and team spirit.
- Bilingual level in French, Arabic and English required.
