About the position
As part of the development of our activities at Capgemini Engineering, we are recruiting a Junior Cost Engineering Specialist. This position is part of an innovative automotive environment, where you will contribute to the optimization of component and system costs throughout the vehicle development cycle.
Job missions
As an EHE Quality Leader, your main missions will be:
- Pilot the monitoring and resolution of EHE anomalies using dedicated KPIs
- Ensure the allocation of incidents to the relevant Technical Champions
- Coordinate resolution actions by leading regular progress meetings
- Participate in War Room meetings and ensure clear reporting (progress, closure deadlines)
- Support the factory quality team in managing E/E issues
- Escalate critical or blocking points to management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic education level BAC +5
- Specialization: Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent
- Junior Experience (≤ 2 years)
- Skills and requirements
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering, electrical or mechatronics
- Knowledge of electronic components and their cost evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good ability to work in a team and transversally
- An interest in the automotive sector is strongly appreciated
- Languages
- French: fluent
- English: fluent
- Italian: a plus
