Roles & Responsibilities
Support to maintenance technicians in the analysis, detection and repair of complex breakdowns. Support start-up of new production lines and machinery with PLCs, HMIs, Machine Vision, Robots, etc. Review, creation and execution of new preventive actions. Management of technical documentation. Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. Troubleshooting and improving efficiencies in assembly lines. Implementation of production process modifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High degree in Electronics/Electricity/Automation/Automation/Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions and with semi-automatic manufacturing lines.
- Parameterization of servomotors PLCs/HMIs Beckhoff Programming Anthropomorphic/Face Robots (FANUC/St ubli ) Machine vision cameras/sensors (COGNEX, Keyence, ...)
- Valuable skills: analytical skills, problem solving, results oriented.
- Dynamic, proactive person.
- Good level in English.
- Desirable: Knowledge in mechanics and machine tools. Knowledge in pneumatics Knowledge in collaborative robotics SAP-PM knowledge
