Roles & Responsibilities
Development of Resources During the development phase Design of series production stations Knowledge of industrial processes Welding (laser, brazing) 2D and 3D forming Stamping Machining Shrink fitting / press fitting Special machines Actuators Guiding Conveyor Building - Support / conduct consultations with our prototype suppliers - Structure the bill of materials in the PLM - Ensure the consistency of dimensional control requested from parts suppliers - On the development site - Support the workshop during the assembly phase on mechanical issues - Support the MAP pilot during the fine-tuning phase on mechanical issues - Update 2D drawings and diagrams according to corrections made during assembly and fine-tuning - On the customer site - Support the MAP pilot on mechanical issues at the customer site - Update 2D drawings and diagrams according to corrections made during Project development or completion: Conduct a review to capitalize on lessons learned for future projects. Deliverables: Justification file, Dimension chains, 3D and 2D structural simulations, Manufacturing approval, Bill of materials, Assembly file
