YOUR ROLE - Lead and coordinate activities for assigned tester equipment. - Execute and follow up on all milestones for new tester equipment introduction, including installation, buyoff, qualification, release to production, and ramp-up. - Contribute to yield and quality improvement activities with operations in the relevant areas for equipment-related items. - Closely follow up and regularly report on performance improvement, including OEE, MTBI, MTBA, preventive maintenance procedures, and spare parts management.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Engineer / Master degree in Electronics 3-4 years experience in similar job.
