Description of the company and the position: As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for an experienced HSE / QHSE Manager to support the development of our industrial activities.

Main responsibilities:

Deploy and ensure the application of the company's HSE policy;

Identify, assess, and control risks related to industrial activities;

Ensure regulatory compliance regarding health, safety, and environment;

Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations following incidents;

Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action plans;

Raise awareness and train employees on HSE best practices;

Participate in the continuous improvement of HSE management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+5 degree in HSE, QHSE or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational industrial environment;
• Good command of HSE referentials, particularly ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards;
• Proven experience in risk management, accident prevention, regulatory compliance, conducting HSE audits and safety inspections;
• Ability to promote and foster an HSE culture among teams;
• Solid field experience with a strong operational presence;
• Ability to identify risks, define and implement preventive actions, and ensure action plan follow-up;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
