Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Factory Supply Chain designs and develops digital services for the entire supply chain, from automated in-store ordering to supplier management, from warehouse preparation to transportation to points of sale, leveraging advanced technologies, data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to maximize the value of initiatives. As part of the DF Supply teams, the consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and APIs that enable the configuration and optimization of automated store orders, using Angular and Java Spring Boot technologies. They will be in charge of the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications related to warehouse warehousing, adhering to quality standards and best development practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable applications with Java, Spring Boot and Angular
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and development practices
• To ensure the maintenance and evolution of existing applications
• Architecting microservices and event-driven solutions
• Managing relational and document-oriented databases
• Apply DevOps principles, especially CI/CD
• Use version control with Git
• Integrate craftsmanship principles and best practices such as SOLID, YAGNI, and test coverage with Sonar
• Use of Generative AI tools regularly
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, from design to production and operation.
• Adopt agile methods, especially Scrum
• Knowledge of Operaton/Camunda (BPMN workflow engine management)
