Job :

As the CFO, your main mission will be to manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring its soundness and profitability. You will be responsible for regulatory and tax compliance, while actively contributing to strategic decision-making to support growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and optimize accounting, tax, and financial management.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, and financing.
• Implement and track financial performance indicators.
• Manage financial risks and internal controls.
• Lead administrative and financial teams.
• Participate in defining the company's strategic directions.
• Ensure constant regulatory and tax monitoring.

Education and Experience:

• You have a degree at Bac +4 level (4 years of higher education), specializing in Audit / Consulting, Management, Accounting, or Finance.
• Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role is required.

Required Technical Skills:

• Solid expertise in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Proven ability in financial management and budget control.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in management tools and accounting standards.
• Excellent command of French and English.
