Within a dynamic company in the Pharmaceutical / Health sector, we are looking for a Production Pharmacist to join our team in Bouskoura. This is an opportunity to develop your career in a stimulating environment where innovation and quality are at the heart of our concerns.

Your role will be essential in overseeing production operations, ensuring process compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing methods. You will actively participate in achieving production objectives while guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervising production activities in compliance with procedures and good practices.
• Ensuring the monitoring of production performance indicators and proposing corrective actions.
• Participating in the validation of equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Managing production teams and overseeing their development.
• Contributing to risk management and the implementation of safety policies.
• Participating in the development and updating of technical documentation.

Ideally, you hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy, with recognized specialization in Production within the pharmaceutical industry.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector, would be a major asset for success in this position.

To excel in this role, several skills are required:

• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical production processes.
• Mastery of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and current regulations.
• Strong project management and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sense of organization.
• Interpersonal skills and good communication for interacting with different departments.
• Good command of computer tools is also expected.
