Description of the position As part of a major international project, SOFIMA, SMAC's construction subsidiary based in Casablanca, Morocco, is recruiting a Senior Site Manager to work on the construction of the new Casablanca stadium. Your role: manage an extraordinary project Reporting to the construction department, you will be responsible for the overall management of waterproofing and cladding lots on this emblematic project, from preparation to handover. As such, your main responsibilities will be: Manage the execution of works, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety. Supervise and coordinate construction teams (internal and subcontractors). Ensure site preparation (planning, human and material resources). Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and arbitrate priorities. Manage interfaces with other trades on a complex construction site. Be the privileged point of contact for the client, the project management, and partners. Ensure financial monitoring (budgets, costs, margins). Guarantee compliance with technical standards in waterproofing and cladding. Desired Candidate Profile

Profile: Bac +3/5 or Engineering School in Building or Civil Engineering, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades). You have recognized technical knowledge, relational qualities, and a keen sense of customer relations which will be real assets for this position. You are recognized for your sense of organization, planning, and anticipation.
