ما تنطوي عليه هذه الفرصة على الرغم من أن كل مشروع يتضمن مهام فريدة، قد يقوم المساهمون بـ: تقييم قرارات مطالبة التأمين التلقائي التي تولدها الذكاء الاصطناعي من حيث الدقة والتغطية والامتثال التنظيمي؛ تصميم سيناريوهات FNOL مع تناقضات متعمدة وملفات فخ وخلال وثائق قديمة لاختبار متانة الوكيل؛ كتابة وتقييم سيناريوهات الإبلاغ عن الاحتيال باستخدام أكواد سبب منظمة (التأخير في الإبلاغ، وثيقة ممدة حديثاً، تضارب في الأضرار) من أجل إحالة SIU؛ بناء حالات اختبار فرعية تطبيقاً لقوانين الإهمال حسب الولاية (مقارن مقابل مساهم) وتقييم احتمال الاسترداد؛ توثيق حالات الاختبار بوضوح مع الإجابات الصحيحة، وإشارات السياسة، وحسابات الدفع.
ما نبحث عنه هذا الاختيار مناسب جيداً للمتخصصين الذين لهم خلفية في مطالبات التأمين أو الخدمات القانونية، أو الخدمات المالية الأوسع الذين هم منفتحون على مشاريع جزئية الدوام وليست دائمة.
يفضل أن يكون لدى المساهمين: شهادة في التأمين، إدارة المخاطر، إدارة الأعمال، المالية، القانون، أو أي مجال ذي صلة؛ خبرة 3+ سنوات في التأمين أو المطالبات أو الخدمات القانونية أو الخدمات المالية؛ خبرة حالية أو حديثة في مطالبات وتعديل أو أدوار مجاورة؛ الإلمام بقرارات تغطية التأمين على السيارات، وقوانين الإهمال الخاصة بكل ولاية، وثقافة سلطة الموازنين المحدودة؛ شهادة AIC أو CPCU أو CIFI أو SCLA تشكل إشارة إيجابية قوية، وإن لم تكن مطلوبة إذا كانت الخبرة العملية قوية؛ مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية الكتابية القوي (C1+).
كيف تعمل المنظومة تطبيق → اجتياز التأهيل/التأهيلات → الانضمام إلى مشروع → إكمال المهام → الدفع يقوم هذا المشروع بتقدير أن المهام ستكون ما بين 10–20 ساعة في الأسبوع خلال المراحل النشطة، بناءً على متطلبات المشروع.
هذه مجرد تقدير، وليست حصة عمل مضمونة، وتطبق فقط أثناء نشاط المشروع.
التعويض في هذا المشروع، يمكن للمساهمين أن يربحوا حتى 50 دولاراً في الساعة مكافئاً، وذلك يعتمد على مستواهم وسرعتهم في الإسهام.

Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems.
Participation is project-based, not permanent employment.
What this opportunity involves While each project involves unique tasks, contributors may: Evaluate AI-generated auto insurance claims decisions for accuracy, coverage correctness, and regulatory compliance; Design FNOL scenarios with deliberate contradictions, decoy files, and outdated documents to test agent robustness; Write and grade fraud-flagging scenarios using structured reason codes (late reporting, recently purchased policy, inconsistent damage) for SIU referral; Build subrogation test cases applying state-specific negligence rules (comparative vs.
contributory) and assess likelihood of recovery; Document test cases clearly with correct answers, policy citations, and payout calculations.
What we look for This opportunity is a good fit for professionals with a background in insurance claims, legal services, or broader financial services who are open to part-time, non-permanent projects.
Ideally, contributors will have: Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or any related field; 3+ years of insurance, claims, legal, or financial services experience; Current or recent experience in claims & adjusting or adjacent roles; Familiarity with auto insurance coverage decisions, state-specific negligence rules, and adjuster authority-limit culture; AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA credential is a strong positive signal, though not required if hands-on experience is solid; Strong written English (C1+).

Compensation On this project, contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent , depending on their level and pace of contribution.
