We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Agile team and contribute to the success of our projects by facilitating the implementation of the Scrum methodology within our development teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for applying the Scrum methodology within the development teams. You will help the team achieve its goals by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, as well as:

• Preparation and facilitation of Rituals
• Capacity definition
• Team delivery monitoring
• Sprint Backlog management
• Velocity management
• Obstacle management
• Team protection
   

Qualities required to succeed in this role

• Experience with the Agile approach
• Autonomous
• Knowledge of Agile tools
