الأنشطة: الدرجة الجامعية: بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة الصناعية، دبلوم عالي في التصنيع الميكانيكي أو الهندسة الفنية. الخبرة: 3-5 سنوات على الأقل في دور مماثل، مع خبرة محددة في القولبة (الحقن البلاستيكي، قولبة الضغط، قولبة البثق، إلخ). المعرفة التقنية: الإلمام ببرمجيات CAD/CAM لتصميم القوالب (CATIA، SolidWorks، إلخ). معرفة الكهرباء، الهيدروليك، الهوائية، والأتمتة. معرفة المواد: خبرة في البوليمرات، المطاط، المعادن، أو مواد أخرى مستخدمة في القولبة. معرفة قوالب Thermoplastic وعمليات الحقن. المهارات التحليلية: القدرة على تحليل مشكلات تقنية معقدة واقتراح حلول قابلة للتنفيذ. مناهج الإنتاج: معرفة بممارسات التصنيع الرشيق، Six Sigma، وأدوات التحسين المستمر. مايكروسوفت أوفيس

Activities: Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing or Technical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in molding (plastic injection, compression molding, extrusion molding, etc.). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for mold design (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.). Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation. Materials Knowledge: Expertise in polymers, rubber, metals, or other materials used in molding. Knowledge of thermoplastic molds and injection processes. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose viable solutions. Production Methodologies: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Microsoft Office
